Ready to file a claim?
Section 82(1) of the Return to Work Act 1986 requires a claim for compensation be in a form approved by the Authority (NT WorkSafe).
Click on the "Make a claim" button below to access the NT WorkSafe workers compensation claim form. Once completed, simply email the form and your medical certificate to NSI New Claims at NSINewClaims@eml.com.au

Unhappy with a claim decision?
If you disagree with a decision made on your claim, you have the right to request an internal review. A senior EML staff member, independent from the initial decision-maker, will conduct a thorough review. You will receive a response within five business days of submitting your review request.
