Employers Mutual Limited is an Australian owned mutual and a partner with ASWIG management in the EML Group. As a result of this partnership, EML, via the Mutual Benefits Program, reinvests funds back into services and research initiatives to assist employers to create safer workplaces and support injured workers return to work sooner.

Once complete, please attention it to your Account Manager and email it to mutualbenefits@eml.com.au
Change Request Form
All changes that are made to projects or initiatives approved through the original Mutual Benefits funding application will need to submit the following form:
Project Completion Report
At the completion of your initiative, please complete and submit an End of Project report that outlines what was delivered and what benefits have been achieved by the initiative. The Mutual Benefits Team have provided a template for this report that can be downloaded below:

Submit your Mutual Benefits Application for approval by 30 April of the current financial year
Subject to approval, the funds requested must be claimed with proof of product/service delivery prior to the end of the same financial year.
Please note: we will not reimburse third party providers directly unless approval is provided in writing in advance.
