The program is based upon proven crisis negotiation principles and tactics and will integrate with existing internal policy and procedures.
The program is delivered by a team of expert instructors, all hailing from specialist law enforcement, military, correctional and health backgrounds. Each facilitator brings their own wealth of operational experience, delivering theory, exercise and technology-based training to develop capability in your people.
