In January 2024, Mutual Benefits upgraded to an award-winning Learning Management System (LMS) which offers a variety of e-learning courses, downloadable resources, webinars and in-person training options to create a 'one-stop shop' for EML Group customers.

The intuitive design and user-friendly dashboard help boost employee engagement, reduce risks, ensure compliance and promote a safer workplace culture. The LMS offers an improved user experience with all training in one online location. Learners can self-enrol in e-learning courses, register for instructor-led training and access additional resources. Administrators benefit from free access to our LMS’ built-in management functions, advanced reporting tools, streamlined onboarding and extra resources for successful EMlearning implementation.

“This recognition with PIEF highlights the value of our centralised, all-in-one LMS platform, which has made essential learning easily accessible and  engaging. EMlearning aims  to minimise workplace risks and  to foster a culture of safety for our EML Group customers.” Simone Witschge, General Manager, Mutual Benefits Program.

Our success is your success

EMlearning boasts a comprehensive catalogue of 40 self-paced courses and provides more than 90 facilitated training events annually. These offerings address critical topics such as workers compensation, mental health, return to work programs, and overall health, safety and wellbeing.

Since launching the enhanced EMlearning platform, nearly 5,000 users across 476 registered organisations have completed up to 18,000 courses, and 680 participants have attended our national training program through 24 tailored events*. This has provided our customers with considerable savings in training costs. Customer satisfaction is high, with self-learning courses rated 4.8/5 stars and facilitated Employer Training rated 8.3/10, reflecting our dedication to delivering high-quality content.

EMlearning just keeps getting bigger and better

Thanks to our commitment to continuous improvement, we have developed an EMlearning app as a convenient option for learners to complete training on their mobile device. The ability to use EMlearning anywhere, anytime is particularly helpful to those undertaking field work off-grid, or working in locations without reliable internet connectivity, or travelling on an airplane.

This recognition from PIEF affirms our ongoing dedication to innovation and to meeting industry demands to achieve better outcomes.
