Since joining EML Group four years ago, NSW Case Manager Greg has been the calm voice on the end of the line for many workers facing incredibly challenging injuries.
His compassionate care and ability to deliver exceptional customer service - whilst successfully liaising between workers, family members, employers, medical specialists, and rehab providers - has earned him the respect of his peers and appreciation of the many people he supports.
Recognising best practice care
We are proud to announce that Greg has been named a finalist for the 2024 PIEF Excellence in Injury and Disability Management (Return to Work/Community) Award.

The PIEF Awards recognises outstanding service, innovation and best practice in the personal injury and disability industry and there is certainly no shortage of messages from workers and employers expressing gratitude for Greg's good work.

Greg has demonstrated his ability to think outside the box when it comes to helping people to navigate their recovery. From helping find different vocational options and support avenues to help people find the road back to work that best meets their individual needs.

In the last year his customers have rated him on average 4.9/5 and you may recognise Greg from Rob's story - a series of videos depicting Rob's incredible journey of recovery, from the early days of his illness to the shocking news that he had suffered irreparable damage to his heart and would need a transplant to save his life.
