Little conversations make a big difference
31 August 2023In her nomination, Nico’s colleagues commented on her empathy and her ability to work collaboratively to get the best outcome for workers. They noted that she steps up for any project to improve the service experience for customers. Nico volunteered to participate in a pilot aimed at improving communication with injured workers pre and post-surgery, ensuring they can access timely treatment and post op rehabilitation.
