14 November 2023In a significant milestone for EML, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the RecoveryMate mobile app. Designed specifically for workers, this app aims to streamline and simplify the often complex workers' compensation process, making it more efficient and accessible. Launching in October, RecoveryMate will provide workers with device-based access to essential claims information and functionality, catering to various business units, including Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII), Federal Self Insurance (FSI), National Self Insurance (NSI), and Insurance for NSW (ifNSW).

Little conversations make a big difference
31 August 2023In her nomination, Nico’s colleagues commented on her empathy and her ability to work collaboratively to get the best outcome for workers. They noted that she steps up for any project to improve the service experience for customers.
