Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) continues to be a significant risk in Australian workplaces
The Mutual Benefits Program, has developed a series of online courses in partnership with the specialist psychological consultancy Communicorp Group and online learning product developer The Learning Hook that customers and their employees can access for free through our online training portal EMlearning. These courses have been designed to help our customers (particularly those in key industries such as aged care, health care and retail) who are currently facing a high volume of occupational violence and aggression (OVA) claims.
