KinCare is one of Australia’s leading providers of in-home care, support services and in-home rehabilitation support services with over 1,200 employees providing personalised home health and well-being solutions to over 9,000 clients nationally. Every day, KinCare’s passionate employees provide vital Home Care domestic, personal care and respite services to the elderly and disabled around Australia.
Working together, EML helped KinCare improve their return to work program with increased support for injured employees.
Following a review, KinCare took the opportunity to further enhance their Return to Work planning and employee workplace health and safety knowledge by incorporating EMlearning online training into their overall strategic approach and return to work program.
A collaborative approach
Commenting on EMlearning, KinCare’s National Work Health and Safety Manager Julie Meier said, “EMlearning has proven to be a very versatile solution, complementing our existing return to work strategies brilliantly. EMlearning supports our graduated return to work planning approach for injured employees, allows us to provide suitable employment options and promote an earlier return to work.”
“EMlearning’s reporting feature also makes tracking progress and compliance a breeze. Feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive, and based on this we have rolled out training to all our managers nationally. The combined approach offered by EMlearning benefits our employees, our clients and the company overall,” she added.
