Launching in October, RecoveryMate will provide workers with device-based access to essential claims information and functionality, catering to various business units, including Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII), Federal Self Insurance (FSI), National Self Insurance (NSI), and Insurance for NSW (ifNSW).

Little conversations make a big difference
31 August 2023In her nomination, Nico’s colleagues commented on her empathy and her ability to work collaboratively to get the best outcome for workers. They noted that she steps up for any project to improve the service experience for customers.
